RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Do you want to return the product? Don’t worry we avail easy return policy, only if you received wrong or possibly a defective product. We do not provide returns in any other case. You can contact us for return request on our helpline 9711677403 or Mail us on contact@khaaki.in

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order for most of the products.
  • Please ensure while returning, the product and the packaging are in the same condition as it was delivered.
  • We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.

 

WHAT IF YOUR PINCODE IS NOT SERVICEABLE?

There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post. You get back the amount for Self-Ship.

 

Please mention the Order I’d and your Mobile Number In bold letter on the package.

 

WHAT ABOUT THE REFUND?

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 48 hours from the date your order is Delivered to us, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

Note: - Payment Gateway refund process takes 1 to 2 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.

  • You will get your whole amount refunded.
  • We will also return the courier charges (In case you self-ship the order).
  • Kindly share the receipt of the courier with our executive. So, we can provide the refund of the courier charge.
