We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. Please read the terms carefully to understand how exchanges, returns, and refunds are handled. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to these terms.

General Guidelines

 

Eligibility for Exchange/Return

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must meet the following conditions:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
    • Original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
    • No foul odors, stains, scratches, or tampering.
    • For sets, the complete set must be returned.

Inspection and Quality Check

Returned items undergo a Quality Check (QC). If the product fails QC, the return/exchange request will not proceed.

Seasonal/Clearance Sale/ Purchases at Discounted Prices

  • Exchange: Available at a charge of ₹100 per piece.
  • Returns: Not applicable.

This policy applies to items bought during sales, promotions, or special events such as Black Friday.

Normal Purchases

  • Exchange: Free of charge. Only size exchange is available
  • Returns: Accepted for store credit only, no refunds.
  • Store Credit: Issued within 1-2 working days after the return is processed and can be used on future purchases.

Note: Refunds are applicable only in case of product defects or damages (require package opening video as proof), and these will take up to 7 days to reflect in your account.

Shipping and Pick-Up

  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you are responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse.
  • Reverse pick-up is subject to availability in your area.
  • Shipping Charges (If applied): Non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Categories

  • Accessories
  • Sunglasses
  • Perfumes
  • Masks
  • Innerwear (e.g., boxers, briefs, trunks)

To maintain hygiene standards, these categories are non-returnable. Khaaki reserves the right to add or modify non-returnable categories without prior notice.

Cancellations

  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • The product or shipping package is damaged during transit.
  • Accessories or parts are missing.

Note: To process your request, you must provide video proof recorded at the time of opening the package. This video should clearly show the defect, damage, or missing parts.

Additional Notes

  • Store credit, reward points, and gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 6 months.

  • Refunds or returns due to customer dissatisfaction with our refund policy will not be entertained.

Self-Shipping of orders for returns

 

  • In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

  • Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

  • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

  • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.

  • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
